The EIC User Group & ePIC Joint Collaboration Meeting will take place from July 14-18, 2025, at the Thomas Jefferson National Accelerator Facility. This meeting will bring together accelerator, experimental, and theoretical physicists to discuss recent advances in the Electron-Ion Collider (EIC) and the ePIC detector.
We encourage you to complete your registration as soon as possible, as our cutoff is limited to 180 participants.
On-sight registration will close on Tuesday, July 1, 2024.
