Registration Fee Overview

Registration Fees:

Registration and payment of registration fees are required for admission to the workshop.

Attendee Registration Fees: Early Registration, paid on or before 15 September 2022 Late Registration, paid on or after 17 September 2022 Registration Fee Includes: Entry to all sessions Morning and afternoon coffee breaks Attendance at Welcome Networking Session Delegate Bag	$675 USD $775 USD
Optional Banquet & Excursion Fees: Excursion Banquet Networking Event	$150 USD (per person)

 

How to Register: Registering and making payment for ARW 2022 is a THREE step process. Participants will need to register on the ARW 2022 Indico website and make payment on JLab’s website.

1. STEP ONE - REGISTER ON INDICO WEBSITE:
   1. From the homepage click on the “Register” button and follow the prompts.
   2. At the ARW 2022 Indico website attendees will have access to workshop schedules, agenda, timelines, workshop presentation and participants contributions.
2. STEP TWO - WORKSHOP PAYMENT:
   1. Go to JLab’s website URL: MIS-WEB-PAGE: generic_conference (jlab.org) to make payment.
   2. Complete the online form providing all required information.
   3. Once payment has been made registrants will not need to return to this webpage.
3. STEP THREE - REGISTER @ JLab’s Electronic Access Registration process @ https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/
   1. ALL workshop attendees are required to complete JLab’s Electronic Access Registration process at the following link at least 7 days before the start date of the workshop (10/16/2022): https://misportal.jlab.org/jlabAccess/.

Payment may be made by:

• Bank Transfer. When arranging the transfer please note the payment with “ARW2022 + your name.” Doing so will help ensure a seamless registration process. Attendee will pay all bank transfer fees.
• Check.
• Credit Card.
• Cash.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation period has expired.  Registrations cancelled before September 16, 2022 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled after September 16, 2022 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation notification must be sent via email to ARW2022@JLab.org. A conference coordinator will contact you directly to confirm your cancellation and process the refund.
