Talks
Please upload talks 30 minutes before the start of the session, pdf format is preferred. Most talks are 20+5 (plenary) and 12+3 (parallel).
The plenary room (GC140) will have a laptop where we download all talks to, speakers are also free to use their own laptop, all standard connectors are available in the room.
Posters
Posters will be displayed on easels that can be oriented both landcape or portrait. Suggested poster size is 36 x 48 inches. See some picture examples here.
There is a print shop on campus, we suggest contacting them if you would be interested in printing/picking up the poster at FIU
