Travel information

The South-Florida region has two large international airports: 

1. Miami International airport (MIA): Located about 20 minutes drive from the FIU MMC campus.
2. Fort Lauderdale--Hollywood International airport (FLL): Located about 45 minutes from the FIU MMC campus.

Both have multiple daily connections to most larger US airports and international connections.

Transportation from the airports to campus or the meeting hotels is best done with a car (taxi / ride share / rental).
