Description

We present theoretical estimates of azimuthal asymmetries in back-to-back production of D meson and a jet in eP collision in the kinematics of the upcoming electron-ion collider (EIC). We consider two cases, when the proton is unpolarized, and also when the proton is transversely polarized. We show that these asymmetries can probe different gluon TMDs in a wide kinematical region.
