We have a number of "Birds of a Feather" rooms available for small ad-hoc groups to self-organize for private or more in-depth discussion throughout the Conference.
If you would like to use one of these rooms, please contact chep2023-secretariat@jlab.org, or find a Conference representative in person at the venue and we will set you up.
Conference Support will be available at the Registration desk and at all of the Plenary and Breakout Sessions. Look for badges with a "Conference Volunteer" sticker on them:
