Poster presentations
- Posters are requested to be in A0 portrait format (841 mm W x 1189 mm H).
- We suggest that your poster include a small photo of the presenter in order to facilitate discussions outside of the designated poster sessions.
- If you wish to print your poster in Norfolk, you can use a vendor very close to the main hotel

- Lead time is a minimum of 2-3 days!
- We suggest contacting the company via email at least 1 week before you travel.
- Include the date you will need to pick up the poster, and provide a link (Google Drive, OneDrive, or similar) to a PDF version for printing (to avoid email size issues/limits).
