Abstract Submission Agreement
Submission of an abstract acknowledges your acceptance for its publication in the official program as well the permanent publication on the internet site of the Low Level RF Workshop 2025.
Abstract Length and Other Details
Abstracts must not exceed 1200 characters in length and must be submitted in English. Abstracts must be submitted exclusively on this website before the deadline posted on the Call for Abstracts page. The abstract body must not include any indication of the personal details of authors. Acknowledgements to funding agencies and other contributors can be included. You may submit multiple abstracts.
Authorship Requirements
The submitting author must be the contact author, and the submitting author must ensure that the contribution has a registered presenting author to schedule the presentation. The submitting author is required to ensure all co-authors are aware of the content of the abstract before submission. If the contribution is also submitted for paper publication, one of the co-authors must be responsible for the preparation of the document in compliance with the publication requirements.
Presentation Type
You may designate an abstract to be considered by the Scientific Program Committee for oral and/or poster presentation. For each abstract, indicate whether you plan to submit a corresponding paper.
Evaluation and Acceptance
The Scientific Program Committee will notify authors via email after the submission deadline closes (July 15), whether their abstract has been accepted or rejected. The final contribution type (oral/poster) will be communicated via email by July 31, 2025.
