Getting to the meeting
The meeting will take place at the Department of Physics and Astronomy of Ghent University, located at Proeftuinstraat 86, 9000 Gent. On the campus, enter building N3 (marked on the picture) and go the lecture room on the second floor.

The department is located about 5km from the city center. For people staying there we recommend public transport, bike or sharing a taxi to get to the department.
By Bus
From the bus station at Gent-Sint-Pieters (central train station) take Bus 65 or 67 (platform 11). From the center, Bus 8 leaves from Gent Zuid bus station (platform 9). Get off at stop Proeftuinstraat, cross the road, enter Proeftuinstraat and follow it to the end.
These bus lines serve numerous other stops around the city, the schedules and itineraries are well incorporated in Google Maps.
By Bike
Bike rental is available at the train stations in Ghent [webpage]. People staying at Castlenou Hotel can also rent bikes there (subject to availability).
