Submission deadline
We are now accepting abstracts for presentations. The program will be composed of both invited and contributed talks, and is steered by the International Advisory Committee and the Scientific Program Committee. A reception and networking/poster session are also planned. Students are especially encouraged to contribute to the workshop poster session. Abstract submission closes at 5:00 p.m. EST on March 2, 2018. NOTE: If you do not have a JLab Indico account, you will need to create one before submitting your abstract.
If you require a visa to enter the US you may request early consideration by selecting the appropriate check box on the abstract submission form. The organizing committee will expedite a decision for your submission to allow you to start the visa process sooner. If you choose "Yes" for early consideration, the organizing committee will contact you with additional information.
