In addition to the Indico registration, all in-person participants are required to complete the JLab on-site registration and get their visit approved (7 days in advance of your visit) at:
For those who are not JLab users, please register as VISITOR. Input Jianwei Qiu (jqiu@jlab.org) as the host. You will be required to present a valid government-issued photo identification document upon your arrival at the CEBAF Center lobby.
If you are already a user with an existing account, please make sure all your trainings are current, on top of registering your visit.
A few online presentations will be reserved for those participants that cannot make it in person. Please let us know if you would like to give a presentation but cannot come.
