Onsite parking
Parking on campus is free to those who registered particpants. You may either print the parking pass from this link to bring with you or receive a printed parking pass at the conference registration table when arriving on campus. Please use the area marked Day Student Parking in the Parking Garage located at 201 Ukrop Way, Williamsburg, VA and leave the parking pass on the dash of your car where it can be clearly seen.
Lodging
Dorm Rooms
Those who have reserved a room in the Residence Hall at William & Mary during the workshop will be staying in Landrum Hall (601 Landrum Dr, Williamsburg, VA), which is a 10 minute walk from the conference venue in Miller Hall (Google Directions).
If you are checking in on Monday, May 27th please visit the Conference Services Office in Campus Center Suite 152 at 202 S Boundary St, Williamsburg, VA (contact phone number: 757-221-4084). Those checking in on May 28th or later will receive their keys at the registration table at the conference venue in Miller Hall.
Linens will be provided for the single-occupancy rooms and breakfast is provided in the Dining Hall beginning at 7:30 am each morning.

Invitation Letters
For those requiring visas for travel to the US, please complete this Google Form with the required information to issue an invitation letter. For questions about invitation letters, please contact Justin Stevens (jrstevens01@wm.edu).
ESTA Form
If you are a citizen of a visa-waiver country you must have a valid ESTA to enter the United States. In the ESTA form you have to provide U.S. point of contact information. You may either fill these fields with "UNKNOWN", use the address of your hotel, or use the following:
