We are excited to see everyone who will be in attendance at the HEFTY Collaboration Meeting. We have blocks of rooms reserved at the Holiday Inn City Center that will provide accomodations for our guests. Please use the link below to make your reservations. These blocks of rooms will be open until May 17, 2025 or until block is full (whichever comes first).
There will also be a shuttle service provided by the Holiday Inn to get you to and from Jefferson Lab. Please be sure to indicate when checking in if shuttle services will be needed (please note that the shuttle seats 12 guests).

We also have a limited amount of rooms available at the Residence Facility, located conveniently on campus within a comfortable walking distance to CEBAF where the meetings will be held. Please use the link below for reservations and include "HEFTY Collaboration" in the purpose of your visit section of the reservation.
