Two participation modes for the EICUG Early Career Workshop:

- Option 1: $ 200
- Option 2: Free
The registration fee will be waived for the Early Career members, and no payment is required for the in-person participants in the Early Career Workshop. In-person participants are limited to 40.

Applications for in-person participants registration are not completed until receiving final confirmation.
Support for Early-Career Researchers
Registration fees for the Early-Career members are covered under funding support from Jefferson Science Associates, Jefferson Lab (JSA), and Center for Frontiers in Nuclear Science (CFNS). Remember to specify the "early career status" in the registration form if you are eligible to use this support (no additional action is required). After verification and confirmation, your registration will be completed.
Online participation
It is mandatory to register for online participation. Only registered participants will be able to enter the ZOOM room of the event.
Additional information
The lunch and all-day coffee breaks during the EC are included in the registration. An additional networking event will take place in the afternoon of July 23rd. Please specify your dietary preference in the registration form.
