The SURA offices are located on the fourth floor of 1201 New York Avenue NW at the intersection of 12th and I (Eye) Streets. Several parking garages are located in the vicinity, including one under our building.
Washington area Metro subway system: The SURA offices are just two blocks from both the Metro Center and McPherson Square metro stops.
Driving from points South
- Take I-95N to I-395N (exit 170A) towards Washington.
- Take the 14th Street Bridge (US-1 N) exit (left lane) and proceed onto 14th Street heading north.
- Turn right onto H Street.
- Turn left onto 12th Street.
- Turn left onto Eye Street – we are at the corner of 12th and Eye St.
Driving from Reagan National Airport
- Take George Washington Memorial Parkway North.
- Take I 395 North (US 1 N) towards Washington.
- Take the 14th Street Bridge (US-1 N) exit (left lane) and proceed onto 14th Street heading north.
- Turn right onto H Street.
- Turn left onto 12th Street.
- Turn left onto Eye Street – we are at the corner of 12th and Eye St.

- Take the Dulles Access Road which becomes I-66.
- Take I-66 East across the Theodore Roosevelt Memorial Bridge.
