Registration and payment of registration fees are required for admission to the workshop.

How to Register: Registering and making payment for TFSRF 2022 is a TWO step process. Participants will need to register on the TFSRF 2022 Indico website and make payment on JLab’s website.

    1. From the homepage click on the “Register” button and follow the prompts.
    2. At the TFSRF 2022 Indico website attendees will have access to workshop schedules, agenda, timelines, workshop presentation and participants contributions.
    1. Go to JLab’s website URL: to make payment.
    2. Complete the online form providing all required information.
    3. Once payment has been made registrants will not need to return to this webpage.

Payment may be made by:

  • Bank Transfer. When arranging the transfer please note the payment with “TFSRF 2022 + your name.” Doing so will help ensure a seamless registration process. Attendee will pay all bank transfer fees.

Workshop Cancellation Policy:

Registrations cancelled before September 5, 2022 will be refunded 90% of the registration fees. Registrations cancelled after September 5, 2022 are not eligible for a refund. Cancellation notification must be sent via email to TFSRF A conference coordinator will contact you directly to confirm your cancellation and process the refund.
