The 2020 KPS (Korean Physical Society) and AKPA (Association of Korean Physicists in America) Joint Symposium will take place at the Colorado Convention Center in Denver between 1pm and 9pm on Sunday, March 1st, 2020. The symposium is to serve the community to promote continued advancements in physics and related areas. This year's theme would be on photonic, optoelectronic, energy topics.
Dr. Do Young Noh, President of Institute for Basic Science (IBS) will give a symposium keynote. Dr. Federico Levi, Senior Editor on Nature will give a special talk on Primer on writing papers.
We also promote close networking of especially young ethnic Korean physicists in Korean and North America.
There is no fee for registration but registration is strongly recommended. Symposium dinner will be provided which is free to all participants.
