Description

In this talk I will discuss a precision calculation for transverse-momentum distribution of the Higgs boson at the LHC, in the framework of Soft-Collinear Effective Theory. Thanks to the recently calculated three-loop anomalous dimension for rapidity divergence, the large logarithms of $Q_T$ can be resummed to approximate N$^3$LL accuracy, including the full tower of logarithms at N$^3$LO. With the large amount of data from the LHC, this will allow a precision test of our understanding of (mostly perturbative) gluon TMD.
