- If you are not a JLab employee or registered user with a valid JLab ID card, you must complete the site access request. The registration to this tutorial does not automatically grant you the site access.
- If you are a US citizen, complete the site access at least 7 days prior to your arrival date. If you are a non-US citizen, check here to find how many days in advance of your arrival date you need to submit your site access request.
- If this is your first time to visit JLab, you need to register your entry to JLab through the Site Access link. To request the site access authorization, you firstly need to complete the tutorial registration. Then, register yourself to the site access system with email address of your home institute.
- If you have already visited JLab in the past for other experiment or event, please contact the original host and renew your site access authorization.

- Please note that the enterance from Tech Center Pkwy to Lawrence Rd is closed. Use the main enterance on Jefferson Ave or Hofstadter Rd.
- On the first day, a security guard checks your photo ID and gives you a name tag.
- Keep wearing your name tag through the tutorial week. It entitles you to the access to the CEBAF buildings.
