Description

We aim to produce a community document summarizing the state of the field and identifying a roadmap for both theory and experiment going forward. 

We want to highlight advances from the last few decades (in theory and experiment), identify critical remaining questions in SRC physics, and identify areas where consensus on interpretation doesn't exist and how to get there.
