 analysis of the 2021 HPS data and the status of the 2019 calibration/align
 ment efforts. We will discuss progress in data analysis\, both canonical A
 ’ and SIMPs\, MC generation\, and the preparation of simulated samples f
 or the physics analyses. We will review current results\, discuss analysis
  strategies\, and identify the main challenges and next steps. We will als
 o discuss developments in three-track and low-momentum track reconstructio
 n in detail and explore how they can improve our analysis capabilities.\n
