 ferson Lab\, with its electron beam energies up to 12 GeV\, is the world
 ’s main facility for cold QCD. To explore the full potential of Jefferso
 n Lab for precision studies of multi-dimensional nucleon structure\, QCD d
 ynamics\, and precision searches for physics beyond the Standard Model\, d
 etector systems with large acceptance and capable of handling the high lum
 inosity available from JLab's CEBAF become critical. This workshop aims to
  highlight the significance of the physics program at the luminosity front
 ier\, with a focus on the main physics topics for the proposed SoLID and C
 LAS12 upgrades. The workshop will have sessions for each topic dedicated t
 o discussion. The outcome of the workshop will be summarized in a whitepap
 er\, which will serve as an input to JLab and the nuclear physics communit
 y for future planning in maximizing scientific achievements. \n\nhttps://
