  Collaboration Meeting focuses on the ongoing preparation for the approved
  JLab Hall C experiments b1 and Azz\, which utilize inclusive scattering f
 rom a tensor polarized target\, along with the emerging new physics progra
 m to extend these studies to Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering (SID
 IS) with tensor-polarized targets. Discussions will cover experimental rea
 diness\, analysis strategies\, and the underlying theoretical framework. T
 his effort will bring together theorists and experimentalists to coordinat
 e preparations\, analysis efforts\, motivate key measurements and to guide
