 ion Meeting focuses on the ongoing preparation for the approved JLab Hall 
 C experiments b1 and Azz\, which utilize inclusive scattering from a tenso
 r polarized target\, along with the emerging new physics program to extend
  these studies to Semi-Inclusive Deep Inelastic Scattering (SIDIS) with te
 nsor-polarized targets. Discussions will cover experimental readiness\, an
 alysis strategies\, and the underlying theoretical framework. This effort 
 will bring together theorists and experimentalists to coordinate preparati
 ons\, analysis efforts\, motivate key measurements and to guide future pla
